The Atlantic Beach event is upon us and we are excited to be 1 in 100 for Jacksonville Beach Elementary students. We talked in previous posts about running sweet at any age. This is another shining example.
These students have committed to completing 100 miles during the 2014–2015 school year. An outstanding goal for each and every one of these kids.
They join together as a group each week to run laps around the school track, and are also allowed to participate in events around the community to help them reach 100 miles. The Great Candy Run will be but a single notch in their belt toward this goal, but will provide tons of fun and memories to last a lifetime.
